The priority descriptions are:
1 - Emergency - Examples
include network down, no computer can access SASI.
2 - Critical - Examples
include whole lab down, School's Internet connection down.
3 - Normal - Examples
include single classroom workstation not functioning.
4 - Routine - Examples include
loading software on a workstation.
